Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into bite-sized cubes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional additions:
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. No need to peel them if using red potatoes.
Place the potatoes into the slow cooker. -

- Salt
- Black pepper
Mix well.
