Ingredients
- 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs
- 1 package (12 oz) egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
Optional additions:
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Add the Meatballs
Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker. -
Prepare the Gravy
In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth and brown gravy mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the meatballs. -
Cook
Cover and cook on:- LOW: 3–4 hours
- HIGH: About 2 hours
Allowing the meatballs to heat through and the sauce to develop flavor.

Add the Noodles
Stir in the uncooked egg noodles along with 1 cup of water if needed.
Cover and cook for another 30–40 minutes, until the noodles become tender.
Stir occasionally so the noodles cook evenly. -
Serve
Once the noodles are soft and coated in the rich gravy, the dish is ready to serve.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
