- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Prepare the Slow Cooker
Place the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker. This creates a flavorful base for the roast. -
