Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lbs beef, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup dark soy sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ cup beef broth

Optional:

  • 1 teaspoon ginger (fresh or powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef
    Place the sliced beef into the slow cooker.
    Add diced onion and minced garlic on top.
  2. Add Sauce
    Pour in:
    • Dark soy sauce
    • Brown sugar
    • Beef broth
    • (Optional) ginger
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook:

    Until the beef is tender and flavorful.
  4. Thicken (Optional)
