Slow Cooker Sticky Soy-Glazed Chicken
This is that set-it-and-forget-it Sunday chicken—deep, rich glaze, ultra-juicy meat, and so tender it literally falls off the bone. The sauce gets thick, sticky, and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients
- 6–8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on preferred)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon honey (for extra glaze shine)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger (adds depth)
Instructions

Add Chicken
Place chicken thighs into the slow cooker. -
Make the Glaze
In a bowl, mix:- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Garlic
- (Optional) honey, pepper, ginger

Cook
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cook:- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours

Thicken the Sauce (Optional but 🔥)
Remove chicken and simmer the sauce on the stove for 5–10 minutes until thick and glossy.
Pour back over the chicken. -
Serve
Serve hot with sauce spooned over the top.
