Ingredients

  • 1 bag (28–32 oz) frozen diced potatoes (or fresh, cubed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix
    In a large bowl, combine:
    • Potatoes
    • Cream of chicken soup
    • Sour cream
    • 1 cup of the cheese
    Mix until everything is well coated.
  3. Assemble
    Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
    Top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake
    Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  5. Serve
    Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
